The main idea is to create a gastronomic space dedicated to tapas, with many references to the South and further south: from Andalusia, but also from Tunisia, Istanbul, and the Mediterranean.
The mix of materials and textures achieves the desired effect of a cultural patchwork with a warm and welcoming brutalism.
